In what has to be considered an upset, the model and aspiring actress took advantage of a last-second surge to capture this title over second-place finished Jennifer Lawrence, earning nearly 65% of reader votes in the process.
Ratajkowski, 22, recently landed a new modeling gig (above video) and will also appear in Gone Girl opposite Ben Affleck.
Are we looking at the next Kate Upon here? Ratajkowski is aiming even higher.
"I want to be a brand," the London native told The New York Times in a recent interview, adding that her career goals go beyond mere pin-up status:
"“I’m not worried about nudity. [But] I’d rather play a complex character who has a love scene than a stupid girl who’s just a girl next door.â€
