Once again opening up to the paparazzi with surprising candor, Lamar Odom says he has not been blackballed or written off by the Kardashian family.
Odom, who mused on life, love and hoops earlier this week with a photographer, tells TMZ that he was very much invited to Kanye's proposal to Kim.
He chose not to go, he says, because he had "something to do." Whatever that means, he didn't get into it ... but he didn't duck the cameras, either.

On his way out of the Spitting Chicken Cantina in Sherman Oaks, Calif., Odom discussed friendship with Kobe Bryant and his relationship with his father.
Regarding his NBA future, Lamar Odom says he believes he's back in playing shape, insisting "I can play a basketball game and probably play really well."
He jokingly offered to prove it by showing off his physique, asking the celebrity news cameraman, "Do you wanna see me with my shirt off or my pants down?"
Viewers did not to get to see either, fortunately (or unfortunately).
Like his previous conversation with the paps the day of Kim Kardashian's engagement, he was engaging, funny and as nice a guy as you'll ever meet.
He made note of the fact, again, that he is still wearing his wedding ring, and tried to downplay any alleged tension between himself and Khloe Kardashian.
Lamar says he is all about "life" these days, and staying positive.
Something still feels off about him though, like he's trying too hard ... for what, we don't even know. But better this than in the throes of crack addiction.
