The tabloids are robbing Kendall and Kylie Jenner of some serious happiness right about now.
Just days after half-sister Kim Kardashian got engaged to Kanye West, Star has come out with a cover story that labels these young reality stars "teenage trainwrecks."
âKendall and Kylie were good, innocent girls, but all the negativity and fame surrounding their family has sent them over the edge," an unnamed insider says.
The tabloid goes on to detail a night out the girls spent at a Hollywood sex club last week, claiming Scott Disick âpoured vodka down their throatsâ and alleging that the Jenners were âgrinding up against a topless dancer.â
This was just one example of what the source deems a "misbehaving rampage."
But Kendall and Kylie have finally grown sick of the misguided chatter and lashed out against critics on Twitter.
"I am so done with everyone making my little sister and I out to be something that we are not. shut up with these stupid rumors and stories," Kendall wrote yesterday. "no one has fake ID's and no one's partying. we know that's what all you slimy media people want to see but that is not going to happen."
And why not?
"we're smarter than that, we have goals and personally I think it's sad that some people sit at their desk making things up⦠about girls that are trying to have a career just like everybody else."
With Kendall concluding that there's "no story here" and telling folks to "get over it," Kylie jumped in with her two cents. Or 222 cents, really.
"I'm sick & tired of the rumors this past week," she Tweeted. "I'm sorry to disappoint, but Kendall & I will not grow up to be let downs. I know that's what some people would unfortunately like to seeâ¦
"⦠but I'm not going to sit around and let grown adults create untrue stories about me underage drinking & partying every night with a fake I.D."
Kylie also says "we can stop with all the stories now" and then wraps up her rant with some advice for her followers:
"To all the young girls out there just like me, carry yourself with class and dignity and don't let ANYONE determine your future."
And, if possible, be born into a family of millionaires with a sister willing to make a sex tape that is responsible for all future publicity and revenue possibilities.
