Weird Al Yankovic, who has been recording musical parodies of hit songs for 30 years, confirms that he is working on new material for his latest release.
The master of the musical and video spoof was strolling into a building in New York and told TMZ that, "I'm working on the new album right now."
With more than 150 songs and three Grammys, it's the definition of irony - but nonetheless well-deserved - that Al's career has outlasted many artists he's parodied.
Case in point? When Weird Al put his EPIC rapping and lyrical skills on display for 2009's "White & Nerdy," a takeoff on Chamillionaire's "Ridin' Dirty."
