"Today is my last day on Hot 97," said Cee, who workd with stars like Notorious B.I.G. and Big Daddy Kane, on the program today, in the wake of the scandal.

"In reality, I kind of knew this day would come."

Hot 97 also issued a statement regarding his departure: "We feel that this is in the best interest of both HOT 97 and CeeĆ¢€™s personal well-being."

"While we do not endorse the alleged activities, [Mister Cee] is clearly facing a personal dilemma that is for him and only him to comment on."

The move comes after a male blogger, Bimbo Winehouse published audio of a man who sounds like Cee apparently agreeing to pay $ 100 for a sex act.

Winehouse claims that he never actually engaged in sexual activity with Cee, but this also isn't the first time Cee's been accused of solicitation, either.

He's been arrested at least three times for such behavior, including once for allegedly trying to pick up an undercover NYPD officer in Brooklyn.

Cee denies he's gay, but admits he has an "addiction to prostitution."
