Kim Zolciak is once again proving herself to be pregnant and proud.
A few weeks after showing off her baby bump at the gym, the reality star has posted another selfie on Instagram over the weekend, this one of herself in a bikini prior to hitting the poll on Saturday with her children.
"Going swimming with the kiddos! The pool makes me feel so much lighter," Kim wrote as a caption.
Zolciak announced her fifth pregnancy in June and then followed it in August by revealing she's expecting twins.
The new additions will therefore mark babies five and six for The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, along with her third and fourth with husband Kroy Biermann.
