Jurassic Park 4 has a release date and a title: Jurassic World.
The long-awaited fourth installment in the dinosaurs-wreaking-havoc franchise will arrive in theaters June 12, 2015, Universal Pictures announced Tuesday.
The upcoming movie's title will be Jurassic World.
As previously reported, Colin Trevorrow is set to direct the widely-anticipated project with a script from his Safety Not Guaranteed writer Derek Connolly,
Other than that and the fact that it will be shot in 3-D and produced by Steven Spielberg, any more details on Jurassic World remain elusive at this time.
As recently as May, the film had been set for a 2014 release.
By pushing it to 2015, Universal adds it to a busy summer including The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Star Wars: Episode VII, the Man of Steel sequel, and Independence Day sequel.
That is a lot of big budget franchises in one summer.
