Dennis Rodman Returns From North Korea, Reveals Kim Jong Un's Daughter's Name

Dennis Rodman returned from his second trip to North Korea and promptly revealed the name of dicator and friend Kim Jong Un's baby daughter.

The NBA Hall of Famer told The Guardian (UK) about a "relaxing time by the sea" spent with Kim and his family. And he also let slip the baby's name.

Speculation sprang up last year that Kim might be a dad after a photo showed his wife wearing a long coat that could have been hiding a bump.

North Korean authorities kept quiet about the matter, although Rodman confirmed Kim had a baby girl. Now after his return visit, he's got the name.

The flamboyant Rodman said, "I held their baby Ju Ae and spoke with Ms. Ri as well," referring to his wife and calling Kim Jong Un "a good dad."

The personal life of Kim and his wife, Ri Sol Ju, is shrouded in secrecy. Even his exact age is unconfirmed by outsiders (around 30 is the consensus).

The Kim dynasty has ruled North Korea for three generations. Kim Jong Un follows his father, the late Kim Jong Il, and grandfather, Kim Il Sung.

The repressive regime has pursued the development of nuclear weapons while millions of its subjects have been left impoverished and malnourished.

Kim Jong Un reportedly had his own ex-girlfriend executed.

Rodman, 52, who is due to hold a news conference in New York today, has so far made no mention on his Twitter account of his bonding time with the Kim family.

But he suggested Sunday something was afoot: "Just returned from North Korea. HUGE announcement tomorrow morning in NYC," he said in a post.

We can only imagine.
