At 19-months-old, Arabella Rose Kushner consistently keeps mom Ivanka Trump on her toes. "Every day is a new challenge, but that's part of the fun of it," the Celebrity Apprentice mentor tells Us Weekly of raising her almost two-year-old daughter with husband Jared Kushner.

An employee of father Donald's Trump Corporation, busy mom Ivanka, 31, admits to Us that she often struggles to perfect her lifestyle as a working mom, but takes things one day at a time to ensure her daughter is top of mind. "For me, while balance is something that I strive for, [it's something] you can't always plan for," says Ivanka, who also helms her own jewelry line. "My measure is just every day asking myself, 'Do I have the right priorities?' and 'Am I making the right decision?'"

"I want to make sure I'm with my daughter when she needs me to be with her, but I also know that it's okay to go to the office when I'm working on a big deal then I'll make [family time] up on the weekend," she explained to Us at a Feb. 27 event promoting All-Star Celebrity Apprentice's March 3 premiere. "I try to think of parenthood as a marathon, not a sprint. I know that I have to do well at this by taking it one day at a time and not beating myself up too much over small things."

Married to Observer Media Group chairman Kushner since 2009, Ivanka intends to give Arabella a sibling before too long, but tells Us for now the family is enjoying life with their only child. "I just haven't decided when [we'll have another baby] yet, but at some point. That's the plan," she hints.

In the meantime, Arabella Rose captures all of mommy's attention at home. "She loves to find the moon!" Ivanka says of her New York City kid. "Every night we walk around the apartment so that she can find the moon and say goodnight -- she wants to say goodnight to the moon before bed!"
