The season finale of The Bachelor has finally arrived! Sean Lowe will choose between Catherine Giudici and Lindsay Yenter (or possibly go home single) on Monday, March 11.

The 29-year-old entrepreneur admitted to Mario Lopez on March 7 that choosing between "two phenomenal women" was not an easy decision. "You're going to see me, basically, have a mental breakdown," he said of the finale episode filmed in Thailand. "I get to a point where I'm like, man, both of these girls are so wonderful and I could see my life heading in either direction. And I don't know what to do, and I'm torn."

Indeed, a show source tells Us Weekly that "even on the morning of the proposal, he was still thinking about what to do."
Lowe took his journey to find love seriously. "Sean's not someone who just got caught up in the moment," an insider tells Us of the born-again virgin who is abstaining from sex until marriage. "He was serious about finding a wife, and he didn't want to make the wrong decision."
