A rep for Parker, 48, told TMZ Wednesday, Feb. 27 that the actress did visit the Saugerties, NY store on Jan. 2, but insists that although a dispute did arise, it was strictly between the owner and Parker's friend.

Parker's rep says the actress would never say the gay slur and had nothing to do with the fight. She left the shop when the argument between the owner and her friend escalated.
