Bobby Brown will be spending nearly two months behind bars. The 44-year-old "My Prerogative" singer was sentenced on Tuesday (Feb. 26) to 55 days in prison, plus four years of probation, for driving under the influence and with a suspended license last October. Via his attorney, Brown plead no contest to the charges in court.

The New Edition crooner was arrested in L.A. after cops pulled him over for driving erratically; this is his third DUI arrest following a late spring 2012 DUI and a 1996 DUI conviction. In addition to his jail time and probation, Brown has been ordered to complete an 18-month alcohol program -- and to attend thrice weekly AA meetings before checking into jail by March 20, according to TMZ.
One bright spot for the R&B crooner? He wed longtime love Alicia Etheredge in Hawaii last June. Not in attendance for that happy occasion: Bobbi Kristina, Brown's 20-year-old daughter with ex-wife Whitney Houston, who passed away in February of last year.
